Niko Amescua supports underwriting, marketing and managing the exchange of clients’ multifamily investment properties across the San Fernando Valley and in the Greater Los Angeles area. To him, precise and thoughtful analysis is most important for the consideration of buyers and the competitiveness of sellers.

Niko was educated at California Polytechnic University. There he received a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication with a concentration in Business Management. In his time there he created a persuasive proposal video that helped the city receive over $18,000,000 in funding for new hiking trails.
